In the summer of the year 2000, the congregation bought back the building affectionately known as The Old Parsonage. It is located across the street from the church. The decision was made in part to meet our growing space needs, and in part to expand community outreach programs.

It now houses the pastor's office, the secretary's office, and the food shelf. It's warm, homey atmosphere is great for small group meetings.

The Sharon Food Shelf will serve any person that comes to our door with no prerequisites for them to receive nutritious foods. In the quarter year from June to September 2006 the Sharon Food Shelf has served 172 client families, distributing four thousand pounds of food that was either donated or purchased by us from the Vermont Food Bank.
